Difference between Office 365 Business and Office 365 ProPlus:
- Since Office 365 not entered into Business, there are no such features available as database comparison.
- Office 365 ProPlus gives the ability to run Microsoft Office on a virtual desktop hosted on a Windows server that runs remote desktop service with the ability to activate it for all users. Office 365 business does not do.
- ProPlus has some useful Excel tools like Excel spreadsheet comparison, Excel spreadsheets inquiry, Power axis for Excel, Power axis for Excel, and Power View for Excel. It does not do Office 365 Business.
- Office 365 ProPlus Exchange Online and SharePoint supports online archive and compliance. They are used with the operated up versions of Exchange Online and SharePoint Online (Plan 2) and allow the company to retain message retention and eDiscovery requirements. Office 365 Business does not support them.
- ProPlus has group policy support, e.g., If you want to apply an add-in to an organization, but do not want to go to each machine to do so, and then this is what you are not using. Office 365 Business does not have this functionality.
- ProPlus version supports information authority management which works in collaboration with Azure rights management options in some Office 365 plans. Office 365 Business does not have this functionality.
- Office 365 ProPlus includes InfoPath Designer, which is used to design, distribute, complete and submit electronic forms and can use in conjunction with SharePoint Online. InfoPath Designer did not include in Office 365 Business.
